3D Printing Services

At Dragon's Hoard, we offer 3D printing services using two different technologies: FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and SLA (Stereolithography). The choice of technology and materials will be based on the specific needs of your project.

1. Service Scope

We offer 3D printing of customer-provided models. Our service is limited to the physical printing of models based on the files provided by you. We do not design, modify, or create models from scratch.

2. Rights to the Model

By submitting your 3D printing file to us, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the 3D model file, or you have obtained permission from the intellectual property holder to print the model.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the 3D model does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• We will not verify or validate your rights to the model, and you agree to indemnify and hold Dragon's Hoard Limited harmless against any legal claims, damages, or costs arising from any infringement of intellectual property rights related to the model you submit for printing.

3. File Retention

• We will only retain your file for the duration of the printing project. Once the project is completed and the items are delivered to you, the file will be deleted from our systems unless you specifically request otherwise.
• If you wish to store the file for future use, it is your responsibility to save a backup copy prior to the project's completion.

4. Limitations of Liability

• We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from the design or use of the model, including, but not limited to, defects in the design, improper scaling, or functionality errors.
• We do not guarantee that the printed model will meet your expectations in terms of appearance, fit, or function, as these can be influenced by the model file, print materials, and other factors beyond our control.

5. Materials and Printing Process

• We print models using a variety of materials. The type of material used and the quality of the print will depend on your specifications and the file provided. If you're unsure of the best material or print settings, we can offer guidance, but the final choice remains with you.

6. Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Your files and any related information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to complete the printing process. However, we cannot guarantee complete confidentiality against all potential breaches, such as if the files are inadvertently accessed or misused.

7. Modification or Cancellation of Service

• Once your file has been submitted and printing has commenced, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications to the project. However, if there is an issue with the file itself (such as a mistake or error), we will work with you to resolve the problem to the best of our ability before continuing the printing process.
