1. How long will my order take to arrive?
We strive to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 business days. Orders placed before midday may be dispatched the same day. We work with An-Post to fulfil our orders and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
2. What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll indicate this on the product page whenever possible. Some products can be backordered, while others may be discontinued. If you've placed an order for an unavailable item, we'll contact you promptly with an estimated delivery date or discuss alternative options.
3. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within our returns period. If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
6. What happens if you don't stock what I'm looking for?
We're constantly growing our range, but occasionally there may be a product we don't currently stock. If there's something you're after, just let us know! We'll check with our suppliers to see if we can source it for you and get back to you with the available options.

6. Do you ship internationally?
We offer shipping to Ireland and other EU countries. Shipping destinations and costs are calculated automatically during checkout. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please get in touch and we'll be happy to assist.
