Shipping Destinations & Rates
Ireland We offer a flat rate shipping of €9.95 for all orders delivered within Ireland. Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days.
Europe We offer a flat rate shipping of €21.00 for orders delivered to most European countries. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.
Notice: The time frame provided is not a deadline but an estimate, more than 90% of the orders will fall within this time frame.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Times
Orders are dispatched every day at 1:00 PM (13:00 IST). The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 12:00 noon (midday). Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be dispatched the following day.
Shipping Terms
Dragon's Hoard ships via An Post. Please note the following important conditions:

No safe place delivery: An Post delivers parcels in person only and will not leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour without the recipient's prior arrangement.

Parcels marked as delivered but not received: If your tracking information shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Dragon's Hoard within 24 hours of the marked delivery time. Failure to notify us within this window may affect our ability to investigate or resolve the issue.

Lost parcels: If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected or marked delivery date so we can open an investigation with An Post promptly.

Damaged parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged, you must contact Dragon's Hoard within 48 hours of receipt. Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of the damage, as these may be required for any claim.
Failure to report issues within the stated timeframes may limit our ability to assist you.
